1. Check-in & Check-out

1.1. Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival.

1.2. Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure.

1.3. Late check-out may incur an additional charge unless agreed in advance.


2. Guest Responsibilities

2.1. Guests must treat the accommodation and surroundings with respect.

2.2. Any damage caused must be reported and may be chargeable.

2.3. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the pod.

2.4. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless agreed in advance.


3. Pets

3.1. Up to 2 well-behaved small-medium sized dogs are allowed with prior approval.  Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

3.2. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage or disturbance.


4. Use of Facilities

4.1. All facilities provided (e.g. fire pits) are used at the guest’s own risk.

4.2. Children must be supervised at all times.


 5. Unforeseen Circumstances

5.1. We are not liable for refunds or compensation due to events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other events that prevent the fulfilment of the booking.
