Gift voucher terms and conditions

Dispatch
  1. Vouchers will be sent via E-Mail upon receipt of payment.
  2. Risk in the Vouchers will remain with us until the Vouchers are e-mailed to you, at which point risk in the Vouchers shall pass to you.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse any order for Vouchers at any time and for any reason, without the need to state the reason for any such refusal.
Payments
  1. Wigwam Holidays Gift Vouchers can only be purchased from the Wigwam Holidays Online website at http://www.wigwamholidays.com/voucher.
  2. You cannot use Wigwam Holidays Gift Vouchers to purchase additional Wigwam Holidays Gift Vouchers.
Terms Governing the Vouchers
  1. You may not sell the Vouchers to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by you to a third party and to void any vouchers which we believe are being sold through the internet to a third party without our express written consent.
  2. The terms governing the use of the Vouchers themselves are available from us by emailing hello@wigwamholidays.com or calling 0131 450 7126.
  3. Please note that in order to book accommodation online via Wigwamholidays.com you must be aged 18 or over. If you are planning to give a gift voucher to someone under 18 years of age, please ensure that they are made aware that they will not be able to book accommodation online using the gift voucher.
  4. Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Terms and Conditions for the use of Gift Vouchers on wigwamholidays.com
  1. This gift voucher is only redeemable against purchases made online via Wigwamholidays.com. It can only be redeemed against the cost of a stay at participating Wigwam Sites.
  2. You cannot use a gift voucher to purchase further gift vouchers from the online shop.
  3. This gift voucher has an expiry date which is clearly printed on the front of the voucher, all balances on the gift voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date otherwise the gift voucher and any remaining balance will be void.
  4. This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit notes.
  5. No change will be given but any outstanding balance will remain on the gift voucher and can be redeemed against valid purchases at Wigwamholidays.com at any time before the expiry date.
  6. You can check the value of any remaining balance on your gift voucher by emailing hello@wigwamholidays.com or calling 0131 450 7126.
  7. Wigwam Holidays reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
  8. Wigwam Holidays reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the gift voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the gift voucher service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
  9. Please protect this gift voucher and treat it as cash. Wigwam Holidays cannot be held liable for gift vouchers, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission.
  10. Please do not attempt to redeem this gift voucher anywhere other than online at wigwamholidays.com. PLEASE NOTE: Individual Wigwam Sites are not able to accept or process Wigwam Holidays gift vouchers on site.
  11. Gift vouchers cannot retrospectively be used against a transaction which has already been completed
  12. This gift voucher is for a set cash amount, it may not cover the entire cost of your holiday/purchase. Any outstanding balance due will need to be paid at the time of booking using the accepted payment methods.
  13. Please note when booking, the website will only accept one gift voucher code at one time. If you would like us to combine your codes into one voucher, please contact hello@wigwamholidays.com with your voucher codes.
  14. Standard Wigwam Holidays Terms and Conditions covering the purchase of items from the Online Shop and bookings made online also apply.
