Allerthorpe Lakeland Park - Set in 53 acres of ground and lakes with lakeside cafe and playground. Also a three acre course fishing lake onsite and dogs are welcome.
Allerthorpe Woods - Popular pine wood, ideal for dog walking and family walks. The Plough Inn at the back of the pub, makes it an ideal place to stop for refreshments.

Burnby Hall Gardens - Gardens and lakes spread over 8 acres with a variety of different gardens to explore from Victorian to Rockery gardens and secret gardens all surrounding a large lake. With an onsite cafe, playground and small museum dedicated to the travels of Major Percy Stewart makes this an ideal day out.
Yorkshire Wolds – Millington Village located in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds and only 3 miles from Pocklington, provides lovely walks with scenic views overlooking the Yorkshire Wolds.
