Before confirming your booking at Wigwam® Holidays Ball Hall Farm please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Wigwam® Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.
To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings, so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.
In the event of cancellations or no-shows we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund. However, if more than 48 hours notice is given we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you only if we have the availability to do so.
We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance, so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.
Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam® Cabins or on any decking attached to Wigwam® Cabin.
The fire pit must not be moved from its position. Logs for fire pits must be purchased from our site and please do not forage for wood in the woodland. No disposable BBQ'S
Please be aware of wind direction to ensure smoke does not become an annoyance to other guests.
It is not permitted to use any form of e-cigarette in the Wigwam® Cabins or in any communal area.
Wipes, sanitary waste, nappies, cloths etc must not be flushed down toilets. Items must be wrapped and put in the bin provided
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are expected to clean up behind their dogs and use the bins provided. Of our 6 Wigwam® Cabins, 3 allows dogs with a max 2 dogs. No dangerous breeds allowed (list25.com/25-most-dangerous-dog-breeds & Dangerous Dog Act 1991).
Our 6 Wigwam® Cabins provide accommodation for up to 24 people based on 2 sharing a double bed. We welcome bookings from schools, social clubs, sports clubs, church groups, family gatherings, hen and stag parties, residential houses, day centres and special needs groups. Please contact us directly for further information.
Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Arrival after 8pm is by arrangement only and guests may be required to locate their own Wigwam® Cabin. Please contact Emma on 07766295131 to arrange this. Check out is 10am prompt on the day of departure.
Whilst we do employ cleaners, guests are expected to leave their Wigwam® Cabin in a neat and tidy condition, with all refuse deposited in the Refuse Collection Area. No food must be left in the fridge upon departure.
We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam® Cabin you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.
Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.
Any guest found to be repeatedly breaking any of our Site Rules will be asked to leave the Site immediately without a refund.
The speed limit is 10mph around the site to protect children. Please do not park on the grass
All children must be supervised around the lake. We hold no responsibility. No swimming, fishing or boating on the lake
Please do not allow children to wander off the Wigwam® Area without an adult and please do not allow children to play on farm machinery, fences and gates. Please keep to the paths and woodland. Gates should be left as found and the Country Code adhered to. As we will have livestock in the fields we ask that you refrain from walking through the fields.
