Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Ball Hall Farm please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Wigwam Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings, so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

Full refund up until 5 days before arrival

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance, so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Smoking or E-cigarettes:

No smoking in the cabins please

Barbeque /Fire pit:

All Kindling/logs must be purchased from our site and please do not forage for wood in the woodland. Children must be supervised at all times around the Firepits. The Firepit must not be moved from its position and no disposable BBQ's please. 

Dogs:

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and owners are expected to clean up after their dogs. Dogs must not be kept in the cabins alone or left while the owners are out.  No dangerous breeds allowed (list25.com/25-most-dangerous-dog-breeds & Dangerous Dog Act 1991). 

Group Bookings:

On site we have 12 Wigwam cabins. We welcome group bookings, but please note we are a quiet site. No stag or Hen parties unless full site booking. Please contact us directly for further information.

Arrival/Departure Procedures:

Check-in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Check out is 10am prompt on the day of departure.

Whilst we do employ cleaners, guests are expected to leave their Wigwam Cabin in a neat and tidy condition.

Complaints Procedure:

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in. 

Noise

We are a quiet site and have a no music policy onsite. Please respect your fellow visitors and keep the noise level to a minimum especially after 10pm.

Safe Driving:

The speed limit is 10mph around the site and please be aware of children playing. Please do not park or drive on the grass, which is often very soft. 

Lake Safety:

All children must be supervised around the lake. We hold no responsibility. No swimming, fishing, boating or paddling on the lake.

Woodland Safety

Please beware during windy weather there may be falling branches. Children are welcome to make dens, but parents are responsible for their safety.  Please do not go into neighbour's woodland clearly marked with Private signs.

Decking 

Decks may be slippery

Farm Safety:

Please do not allow children to wander off the Wigwam Area without an adult and please do not allow children to play on farm machinery, fences and gates. Gates should be left as found and the Country Code adhered to. When we have livestock in the fields we ask that you refrain from walking through them, as they may contain a bull or protective cows with calves. 

Parents are responsible for their children and children must be supervised at all times. 

Any guest found to be repeatedly breaking any of our Site Rules will be asked to leave the site immediately without a refund.
