How many Wigwam Cabins does your site have?
Here at Wigwam Holidays Penbugle we have eight Big Chief Wigwam Cabins.
When is your site open?
We are open all year round
Do you allow dogs/pets? If so, is there a pet charge?
£8 per dog per night per cabin up to 3 dogs per cabin.
Is the site suitable for children?
The site is great for children! We have a big field where children can play and our glamping area is car free.
Do you accept groups, parties or celebrations?
We accept smaller, quiet groups but we DO NOT accept stags or hens.
Do you allow campfires?
Yes, we allow campfires in the fire pits provided and with wood bought on site. We DO NOT allow disposable bbqs.
What is included in one of your standard Wigwam Cabins?
We have lots of amenities, which come included in your stay:
- Toaster
- Kettle
- Full size fridge
- Small microwave
- Outside water tap
- Rubbish bin
- Firepit - Wood to be purchased on site
- Picnic Table
- Access to private shower, toilet and washbasin
Is electricity included in the tariff?
Yes, electricity is included.
What onsite facilities are provided?
Yes, electricity is included. Our onsite facilities include a car park (one car per cabin), washing up facilities, private toilet and shower facilities for each cabin.
What do I need to bring with me?
We suggest you bring the following items, since we don't provide them:
- Bedding
- Pillows
- Towels
- Crockery
- Cutlery
- Washing up equipment
Is there parking next to the Wigwam Cabins? If not how close is the parking area?
There is no parking next to the Wigwam Cabins, there is a private car park just 50 yards away.
From what time can I check in from?
Please arrive no earlier than 3pm to 5.30pm.
What is the latest time I can check in?
Please arrive no later than 5.30pm unless by prior arrangement.
What time do I need to vacate the Wigwam Cabin on departure?
We ask all guests to please leave their Wigwam Cabin by 10.00am on the day of leaving.
Do you have a shop/reception onsite and when is it open?
You can buy/order our firewood and we have some basic supplies available at busy times.
How close is the nearest pub or restaurant?
You can find the nearest pub/restaurant just two miles away.
How far to the nearest supermarket?
The nearest supermarket is only four miles away.
How far is it from public transport?
The nearest bus stop is two miles away.
Is there WiFi access onsite?
Currently, there is no WiFi, but we are working towards it soon. You will find consistent phone signal and 3G/4G on most networks.
