Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Penbugle Organic Farm, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.
Payment Policy
To secure your booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings, so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
In the event of cancellations or no-shows, we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund. However, if more than 48 hours notice is given, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you only if we have the availability to do so.
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.
GENERAL T&C's
Only our firepits are allowed on site. You are not permitted to bring your own firewood. All firewood is to be purchased on site. You are not permitted to burn branches and any other debris you may find on and around the site. This is the property of the site owner. Disposable BBQ's are not permitted at any time on the site.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigs
Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam Cabins or in any communal areas.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs and their owners are welcome. Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are asked to clean up behind their dogs. Tariffs, restrictions apply
Group Bookings
The following T&C's are to be upheld in addition to our usual T&C's. We do not allow noisy groups, stags or hens.
The group organiser is responsible for collecting all monies due to secure the booking.
Only guests originally booked are permitted to stay on site. Any other guests will be allowed on site at the owner's discretion or with prior arrangement.
Music is permitted on site at a low noise level until 10pm when you are asked to switch all music off as we are a low noise level policy site
Arrival/Departure Procedures
Check in times are 2.30pm - 5.30pm. Late arrivals must be arranged direct with us and if circumstances change on the day please notify us by 5pm by telephone.
Departure is strictly 10.00am
Complaints Procedure
We take all comments from guests seriously. In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Wigwam Holidays Penbugle Organic Farm will not be liable for any lost property or personal belongings.
Code of Conduct
We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the site and the Wigwam Cabin they are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 11pm. Music is permitted at a low level and turned off at 10pm prompt. We are a peaceful, relaxing , family site - not a party site.
We reserve the right to move guests to a differently named accommodation of the same level unless a specific Wigwam Cabin or tent is made known at the time of booking.
Leaving early for whatever reason will result in a no refund policy. Guests are expected to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy fashion . No rubbish including food is to be left inside or the surrounding area.
The owners of the site are absolved of all liabilities for accidents, loss or damage to guests personal property.
Site owners reserve the right to ask guests not observing these T&C's to leave without refunds with immediate effect.
It is expected that all guests have read and understood these T&C's prior to arrival at our site.
Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.
