Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Montrave Estate please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honor it. Once a deposit has been paid the remaining balance must be paid through Paypal or BACs before stay. Please contact us for further information.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

A full refund is available up until 5 days before arrival.

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.


Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam Cabins or in any communal areas.


Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are expected to clean up behind their dogs and use the bins provided. Of our 8 Wigwam Cabins, 2 allow dogs (one standard Wigwam Cabin and one with hot tub).
No dangerous breeds allowed ( & Dangerous Dog Act 1991).

Group Bookings:

Our 8 Wigwam Cabins provide accommodation for up to 32 people based on 2 sharing a double bed. We welcome bookings from, schools, social clubs, sports clubs, church groups, family gatherings, hen and stag parties, residential houses, day centres and special needs groups. A non-refundable deposit will be applied to all group bookings. Please contact us directly for further information.

Arrival/Departure Procedures:

Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm. Arrival after 5pm is by arrangement only and guests may be required to locate their own Wigwam Cabin. Please contact Nick or Airin on 07968 957 747/07966 262 363 to arrange this.
Check out is 10am prompt on the day of departure.
Whilst we do employ cleaners, guests are expected to keep and leave their Wigwam Cabin in a neat and tidy condition, with all refuse deposited in the Refuse Collection Area.
No food must be left in the fridge upon departure.

Complaints Procedure:

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.
Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.
Any guest found to be repeatedly breaking any of our Park Rules will be asked to leave the Park immediately without a refund, any illegal activity will result in guest being asked to leave immediately and may result in further action.

Farm Safety:

Please do not allow children to wander off the Wigwam Area without an adult and please do not allow children to play on farm machinery, fences and gates. Please keep to the paths and woodland. Gates should be left as found and the Country access code adhered to. As we will have livestock in the fields we ask that you refrain from walking through the fields.
