It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies, breakage and/or damage fees, amenities and services available at the site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy

To secure your Wigwam Cabin or Cabins, payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will incur a charge, without exception.

Special Offers

Please note: Wigwam Holidays Moffat reserves the right to add or remove Special Offers for any of its holiday accommodation at short notice and at any time. Special Offer prices/tariffs do not apply to existing bookings that were taken at an earlier date when the regular tariff still applied. We are sorry, but we are unable to alter or move existing bookings to Special Offer dates, tariffs or prices. All Special Offers are subject to availability and our full Terms and Conditions and Restrictions apply.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If cancelled, you will lose your 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding. 

If the booking is fully paid; 

Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can receive a 75% refund.

Up to 3 weeks before arrival you can receive a 50% refund.

Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can receive a 25% refund.

Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund is available.

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.


Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the Wigwam Cabins or in any communal areas.


Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement but MUST be well behaved and kept on a lead at all times and picked up after. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and dog beds must be brought. Dog foul MUST be cleaned up immediately.

Group Bookings

Please contact us directly for our policy relating to group bookings. We have additional terms and conditions for group visits. It is essential you read and understand these as by making a booking with us, you agree to adhere to all our Terms and Conditions.

Internet Access

Whilst internet access is offered onsite, due to being a rural location it is not something we can guarantee at all times. 4G and 3G coverage is also available onsite, however, connection may be intermittent as well. We recommend that you always bring plenty to do that does not require access to the internet and to make the most of the outdoors.

Arrival/Departure Procedures

Please arrive after 3pm. Departure is required by 10am or before.

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint, please contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct

We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the site and the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9.00pm. Please note we do not permit music of any sort here at Wigwam Holidays Moffat, as we are a very peaceful site.

Parents are responsible for their children, and children must be supervised at all times.
