Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Grassington Fam please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy

To secure your booking a 25% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it. Once a deposit has been paid the remaining balance will be taken automatically from the card used for deposit payment. This will be 14 days prior to your visit and email reminders will be sent before this time to ensure sufficient funds are in place. If this payment fails you will be contacted as an automatic response email. Please then contact site direct and in this case the final payment can only be paid through BACs bank transfer only before your stay. Please contact us for further information.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If cancelled, you will lose your 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding. 

If the booking is fully paid; 

Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can receive 75% refund.

Up to 3 weeks before arrival you can receive 50% refund.

Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can receive 25% refund.

Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund is available.

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. 


Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwams or in any communal areas. 


Please contact us directly for details of our policies relating to dogs/pets. Dogs should not be left unattended - your dog is on holiday too!

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible. 

Code of Conduct

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam you are staying. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after10.00pm. Parents are responsible for their children, and as such children must be supervised at all times. 

It is important to understand we are a working farm and care should be taken - no entry to any farm yard areas.
