By filling out an enquiry form, we can learn a little bit about your site and situation and one of our sales staff can send you an information pack with everything you need to know at this stage.
Once you have filled out our enquiry form, you will be given the option to book a ‘discovery call’ with one of our trusted advisors. The discovery call is a great chance for us to find out about you and your site and for you to ask any specific questions you might have about how our franchise works.
After the discovery call, if you feel ready to move forward, you will be given the opportunity to arrange a ‘virtual site visit. The virtual site visits give us the chance to go into depth on the subject of your site, looking at your location on google earth, giving you advice and feedback on everything from where to put the cabins, to how much you could expect to earn with hot tubs. You will leave with an excel spreadsheet giving you a projected cash flow and a clearer idea of how Wigwam® Holidays can help in developing your glamping business.
After the virtual site visit, you will be given the option of being assigned an advisor to help you in sourcing funding and getting your planning application finished and accepted. One of our sales staff will be on-demand to answer any question you have and help support you through the process.
The next stage will be a real site visit. One of our senior members of staff, experts in glamping, all things Wigwam®, and site development, will come to have a look at your site, ensure that your location meets the high standards of a Wigwam® Holidays franchise, and give you advice on where to put the cabins and how to get the most out of your specific site. Ongoing Support After this stage, our sales team will help you all the way through to your opening day, before you are moved on to our operation team who will always be on hand and help you run your very own Wigwam® Holidays glamping site.
