Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Water Hall Farm, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your break.

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings.

The number of guests staying in each Wigwam Cabin must be confirmed at the time of booking. This number should not be exceeded unless by prior arrangement with the owner which, if permitted, will incur an additional fee.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

If cancelled, you will lose your 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding. 

If the booking is fully paid; 

Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can receive a 75% refund.

Up to 3 weeks before arrival you can receive a 50% refund.

Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can receive a 25% refund.

Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund is available.

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside any of the Wigwam Cabins. Guests are permitted to smoke or vape in their own designated outdoor patio area as long as it does not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests on the site and that cigarette butts and ash are disposed of responsibly.

Dogs:

Unfortunately, at present we do not accept dogs as we are a working farm, with young working dogs.

Arrival/Departure Procedures:

Generally, check in time is from 3.00pm and check out is by 10am prompt on the day of departure. However, it may be possible to amend these times subject to availability and prior arrangements being made. Further details regarding check in will be provided by email shortly before your arrival date.

Noise Levels

Noise pollution is taken seriously, we expect all guests to respect others and keep noise to a minimum, adhering to our noise curfew from 9:30pm until 7am.

Behaviour

Anti-social behaviour such as bad language, aggression, destruction to property or harassment of other guests will not be tolerated. We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the site and the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in.

Chinese Lanterns

Chinese Lanterns are strictly prohibited.

Disability

We have one fully accessible Running Water Deluxe en-suite cabin, complete with wet room, however this does not come with a Hot Tub.

The path provided from your car parking space to the entrance of your cabin is wheelchair accessible.

The road from your cabin is wheelchair accessible to the main village/Pub, although the route into the park is on a steep incline therefore guests may find this challenging.

Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair facilities around the farm.

Group Bookings

We do welcome group bookings as a general rule however we are unable to accept group bookings if you are aged between 18 years and 21 years.

At the site owner’s discretion, we may take a damage deposit for group bookings which is refundable once the cabins have been checked and all is in order. If there is any damage to our cabins or any of our property, the deposit will be retained up to the amount required to cover the cost of the damage.

Breakage/Damage

We reserve the right to charge the Debit/Credit Card used at the time of booking an additional fee should the Wigwam Cabin be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the Wigwam Cabin or the furnishing therein. It is requested that guests advise us in the event of breakage or damage.

Guests are not permitted to remove any of the Wigwam Cabins provided furniture.

Wigwam Cabin Repairs

Please let us know if any repairs are required to your Wigwam Cabin during your stay. The owners reserve the right to enter your Wigwam Cabin for service or repair purposes.

Debit/Credit Card Facility

We have a credit/debit card facility available to use when booking and for on-site for purchases over a certain amount.

Barbecue/Fire Pit

You are not permitted to bring your own wood, only wood supplied by us can be used for the barbecue/fire pit provided. You are not permitted to use branches, debris or other items you may see around the farmstead. All wood and similar flammable materials are the property of the owners.

You are not permitted to use any other flammable materials or liquids other than those supplied by us.

Please be aware of wind direction to ensure smoke does not become an annoyance to other guests and please use your barbecue/fire pit safely.

You are not permitted to move the barbecue/fire pit.

The use of disposable barbecues is strictly prohibited.

Lost Property;

Items must be claimed within 2 weeks of departure. Where relevant, postage and packaging charges will apply for return of goods.

Safe Driving

The speed limit is 5mph around the site to protect children and animals that may be sharing the Wigwam Holidays Water Hall Farm with you.

Parking

There is one free parking space provided with each Wigwam Cabin. Additional cars incur a nightly charge and must be paid for at the time of booking.

Hot Tubs

We have three Wigwam Cabins which have Wood Fired Hot Tubs provided.

The hot tubs are booked for guests’ use only. No third parties are permitted to use them.

The hot tub instructions can be found in the Welcome Pack of each relevant Wigwam Cabin.

Please note, accepted hot tub chemicals will be used when cleaning and maintaining the hot tubs.

Any breakages or faults MUST BE REPORTED immediately and in some instances may incur a cost.

Please use plastic glasses only as any broken glass will damage the hot tub. Please do not place any other items in the hot tub which may damage the hot tub or filters such as floating wax candles.

Swimwear must be worn at all times.

Please note we will endeavour to make sure your hot tub is up to temperature when you arrive however we can make no guarantee regarding this. Please also note we may need to start draining your hot tub from 7.30am on the morning of your departure.

Farm Safety And Supervision Of Children

Please ensure your children do not use the farm buildings as play areas and do not play on any farm machinery.

Guests are not permitted to feed any farm animals unless accompanied by a farm employee or whist joining us on a morning for “feeding up”.

If any guests come into contact with farm animals please ensure they wash their hands thoroughly.

Parents are responsible for their children and they must be supervised at all times.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9:30pm.

Site Rules:

Whilst we do employ cleaners, guests are expected to leave their Wigwam Cabin in a neat and tidy condition with all refuse deposited in the designated Refuse Collection Point.

A list of emergency numbers is available in your welcome pack located in each Wigwam Cabin.

The owners of the site are absolved of all liability for accidents, loss or damage to guests’ personal property.

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from guests very seriously and in the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint you may contact the Owner directly either by telephone or email and we will attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
