"The fields of dreams!"
Sally grew up in Fife on the east coast of Scotland in a small rural community and is a qualified Food Scientist and Consultant. Adam was born in Cardiff and prior to being a full-time crofter was an Assistant Headteacher in London before taking a position as a Deputy Headteacher in Bristol.
After frequent holidays on the Isle of Skye, we fell in love with the Trotternish Peninsula and had the opportunity to become tenants of the croft in October 2011. We moved up from Bath in 2012 and since then, we have been busy working with our flock of sheep, looking after our chickens and diversifying our work on the croft
In addition, we are active members of North Duntulm Sheep Stock Club and have a large flock of Cheviots on the common grazings hills behind the croft.
Our son was born in 2013 and our daughter came along in 2015. We also have 2 Miniature Schnauzers, Buster and Bryn.
We are passionate about crofting and the Isle of Skye...and we look forward to welcoming you to our croft. We will do all we can to make sure your holiday is a truly magical experience.
