The cancellation is policy is strict. This means no refunds, changes at owner discretion up to 48 hours before check-in.

6 Running Water Deluxe Wigwam Cabins.

When is your site open?

All year round.

Do you allow dogs/pets?

Yes. Up to 2 well behaved dogs. We charge £5 per dog per night.

Does your site have Wifi?

Yes

Do you provide coffee/tea/milk?

We don't provide this as our guests all have different tastes, intolerances and allergies - so please do bring your own essentials with you. There are two garage in Barkston that sell essentials.

Is the site suitable for children?

The site is very suitable for children, being totally enclosed with a large grassed area to run around on and have fun. We have a cabin with a pool table, table football and a variety of other games.

Do you accept groups, parties or celebrations?

Yes.

Do you allow campfires?

Each Wigwam Cabin has a fire pit and logs are available to buy. Sorry - no personal barbecues or campfires are allowed on site.

What is included in one of your Wigwam Cabins?

Double bed and double sofa bed with luxury memory foam mattresses.
Dining table and 4 chairs.
TV with DVD player and remote control
En-suite shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Kitchenette fully fitted with fridge, microwave, hob, sink, kettle and toaster as well as plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, bowls, jugs, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Panel heater (electric).
Private outdoor area with picnic table and bench.
Information pack with a multitude of ideas for places to visit nearby and menus for take-aways and local restaurants.
Fire pit with barbeque - kindling, logs and charcoal can be purchased.
Electricity and hot water.

Is electricity included in the tariff?

Yes.

What cooking facilities are provided?

Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hob, kettle and toaster as well as plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, pans, bowls, jugs, grater, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

What do I need to bring?

Toiletries.

Torch.

Food - breakfast packs and barbecue packs are available (and can be hired as an optional extra).

Can I order any extras?

Travel cot - £5 per stay.

High chair - £5 per stay.

Wood bundle - £12 - matches/lighter, logs and kindling (not suitable for BBQs).

Charcoal bundle - £12 per pack - fire pit with BBQ grill, matches/lighter and charcoal& BBQ utensils

3 Lanterns with candles - £8.

Fairy lights put up in your Wigwam, - £10.

Breakfast & Barbecue packs - prices range from £9 to £18.50.

Is there parking next to the Wigwam Cabins?

Cars are parked to the rear of each Wigwam Cabin.

What time to I need to vacate the Wigwam Cabin?

10am prompt.

Do you have a shop/reception onsite?

No shop on site. A well stocked village shop 1 mile from site open 6am-10pm.

How many toilets and showers do you have onsite?

Each Wigwam Cabin has en-suite facilities - toilet, hand basin & shower.

Do you have a family shower for babies?

No.

How close is the nearest pub or restaurant?

0.5 miles to The Stag pub and restaurant.

How far to the nearest supermarket?

4.5 miles to Grantham which has all the main supermarkets.

How far is it from public transport?

Bus stop 0.5 miles, with buses half hourly to Grantham and hourly to Lincoln & Sleaford.

Railway station 5 miles (East Coast Mainline) with direct trains to London, York, Nottingham etc.

Do you allow campfires?

Each Wigwam cabin has a fire pit & BBQ available to hire, with logs and charcoal available to buy. Sorry - no personal barbecues or campfires are allowed on site.

Hot tubs in certain cabins - additional charge

Goat walking experiences available on site - please call direct to book (available from early May 2023)

Family farm with cattle, goats plus farm dogs and the famous cat 'Bob'.

Farm tracks and footpaths from the entrance to the Wigwam Cabins - a small river with stepping stones 5 minutes away.
