The cancellation is policy is moderate. This means if cancelled, lose 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding. If fully paid; Up to 4 weeks before arrival receive 75% refund, Up to 3 weeks before arrival receive 50% refund, Up to 2 weeks before arrival receive 25% refund

No additional extras can be booked with your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed! Please add them at time of booking, as there are additional charges. Max of 2 pets, and we do ask if you can keep them off of the furniture! Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times. Any questions do not hesitate to get in touch.

Is there WiFi?

There is high-speed Wifi around the home, however, do note that internet access outside/in the surrounding areas may be spotty due to the nature of the location. Plenty of time to switch off, and enjoy nature!

Can we book for groups or celebrations?

Yes, we’re happy to welcome groups and small celebrations, provided they are calm and respectful in nature. We ask that you contact us before booking to let us know what you’re planning, and we’ll be pleased to confirm whether our property is suitable. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we do ask that guests are considerate of the house, the surrounding area, and any other guests on site.

Our home comfortable can accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms.
