Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made via online travel agents or directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Smoking:

Smoking and Vaping is not permitted in the cabins, outdoor Pergola seating area, or Hot Tub, there is a designated smoking bench to the front of the cabin.

Dogs:

Dogs are not permitted on site under any circumstances, this is to protect onsite wildlife and livestock, whilst protecting our customers from allergies.

Group Bookings:

Please contact the site directly for our policy relating to group bookings. Stag & Hen Do's are not permitted.

Arrival/Departure Procedures:

For details of our check-in/check-out times please contact the site directly. Check-in Is available from 16:00 on your day of arrival, key safes are to the left of the cabin front door, your key code will be emailed to you.

Checkout is 10am, please leave all wet towels in the shower tray, make sure towel rail and electric radiator is turned off and lock the cabin upon your departure, returning the key to the lockbox.

Complaints Procedure:

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the site and the cabin you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.

Damages:

Any damages to be reported as soon as possible and before your departure.

Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.
