Unfortunately, we don't give refunds.
In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid.
We regret that in the event of a guest leaving early for any reason, NO REFUNDS will be given.
Please note any damage to site facilities or to a Wigwam® Cabin, including when a Wigwam® Cabin is left in an unsatisfactory state, will incur additional charges. Any items left behind in a Wigwam® Cabin must be claimed within two weeks of departure. If relevant, postage and packing charges for the return of goods will apply.
Guests are NOT permitted to remove any of the furniture in the Wigwam® cabins.
Please ensure you leave your Wigwam® in a clean and tidy state.
Please don't use cooking materials or similar in your Wigwam® Cabin, with the exception of the toaster.
Wipes, sanitary waste, nappies, cloths etc must not be flushed down the toilets. Bins are provided - please ensure you use them. These items mentioned above must be wrapped and put in the bin provided.
Please ensure any litter is picked up and disposed of correctly.
Please make use of the recycling facilities provided. We have recycling bins for glass, cardboard, plastics and paper.
Please let us know if any repairs are required to your Wigwam® Cabin during your stay. The owners reserve the right to enter your Wigwam® Cabin for service or repair purposes.
Children must be accompanied at all times. Please be aware of where your children are and what they are doing.
Please note that children aged under the age of 16 must not be left alone in a Wigwam® Cabin.
If using candles or similar, please ensure they are fully extinguished before you leave or go to bed. Please ensure you take care with any residue wax, as this can damage the furnishings of your Wigwam® Cabin.
Due to the spectacular location, we don't have WiFi access.
The owners of the site are absolved of all liability for accidents, loss or damage to guests? personal property.
Please note, guests park their car at their own risk.
