Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Evenlode, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and services available at the farm and may help you with planning your holiday.

Any guest found to be repeatedly breaking any of our below rules will be asked to leave the Farm immediately without refund.

 

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honor it. Once a deposit has been paid the remaining balance must be paid through BACs before stay. Please contact us for further information.

Cancellation/No-show Policy

If cancelled, you will lose your 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding. 

If the booking is fully paid; 

Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can receive a 75% refund.

Up to 3 weeks before arrival you can receive a 50% refund.

Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can receive a 25% refund.

Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund is available.

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out an appropriate travel insurance policy to give you peace of mind that your financial commitment is protected, should you be forced to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Arrival / Departure Procedures

Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm. Arrival after 5pm is by arrangement only and guests may be required to locate their own Wigwam. Please contact Amanda to arrange this on 07802 512868.

Check out is at 10am prompt on the day of departure.

We expect guests to leave their Wigwam in a neat and tidy condition. All refuse and recycling must be deposited in the refuse collection area. Please remove ALL food from the Wigwam on your departure.

Breakages / Damages

We reserve the right to charge the Debit/Credit card used at the time of booking an additional fee should the Wigwam be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the Wigwam or the furnishings therein. It is requested that guests advise us in the event of an accident.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the Wigwam cabins.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead when around the Wigwam cabins and Farm at all times. Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs and use bins provided. No dangerous breeds are allowed (list25.com/25-most-dangerous-dog-breeds & Dangerous Dog Act 1991).

Barbeque/Fire Pit

The complimentary BBQ/Fire Pit must not be moved from its position under any circumstances. Please be aware of wind direction to ensure smoke does not become an annoyance to other guests. No other outside fires or BBQ's must be lit on site or around the Farm.

Chinese lanterns are STRICTLY prohibited.

Lost Property

Items must be claimed within 2 weeks of departure. Where relevant, postage and packing charges will apply for the return of goods.

Group Bookings

Our 6 Wigwam Cabins provide accommodation for up to 24 people based on 2 sharing a double bed. We welcome bookings from schools, social clubs, sports clubs church groups and family gatherings. Hen and Stag parties are welcome, however, they need to book out all 6 Wigwam cabins so there is no disturbance to other guests and prior notice MUST be given before booking a stag or hen weekend.

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from our guests very seriously and in the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint you may contact the Farm Owners directly or by telephone on 07802 512868 or email us and we will respond. We will attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct

Noise pollution is taken seriously. We expect all guests to respect others and keep noise to a minimum, adhering to a noise curfew from 10pm until 7am.

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the Farm and the Wigwam you are staying in. Parents are responsible for their children and most not let them wander around the Farm. Children must be supervised around the Farm at ALL times and not be allowed to play on farm machinery or gates. Gates should always be shut behind you and the Country Code adhered to.

Vehicles

Vehicles are not allowed on the grass. Please park your car in the designated area by or behind your Wigwam Cabin. We allow one car per cabin, extras can be parked in the Farm yard, please ask to be directed.

No transit vans are allowed on site without prior notice.

Age Restriction

We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied adults aged 21 or under.
