How many Wigwam cabins does your site have?

At Mains Farm Wigwams we have 15 big chiefs and 11 deluxe Wigwam cabins.
 

When is your site open?

Our site is open from February to November
 

Do you allow dogs/ pets? If so, is there a pet charge?

Yes, we allow dogs and pets. £6 per night
 

Is the site suitable for children?

Our site is suitable for children. We have a play park and mountain bike tracks for all ages.
 

Do you allow campfires?

We allow campfires in the firepits that we provide.
 

What is included in one of your standard Wigwam cabins?

Our Wigwam cabins include mattresses, a fridge, a microwave, a firepit, a picnic bench, a kettle and a parking space.
 

What is included in one of your Lux Wigwam cabins?
 

Our Lux Wigwams include mattresses, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a mini kitchen with double hob, cooking equipment, en suite toilet and shower, a fire pit, a picnic bench and a parking space
 

Is electricity included in the tariff?

All our wigwams have meters, you can purchase cards at Reception.
 

What cooking facilities are provided?

We have an onsite kitchen block and dining area for our Original Wigwam® guests, which supplies - cooking hobs, ovens, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. 
Our Lux Wigwam® cabins have a mini kitchen including a double hob, fridge, microwave, and a space saving sink.

What do I need to bring?

You need to bring bedding and pillows or sleeping bags and pillows, crockery, cutlery and towels.
 

Can I order any extras? If so, how much for each item?

We sell wood for your Fire Pit £6 per bag.
 

Is there parking next to the Wigwam cabins?

There is parking next to the Wigwam cabins.
 

From what time can I check in?

You can check in from 3pm.
 

What is the latest time I can check in?

The latest you may check in is 9pm.
 

What time do I need to vacate the Wigwam?

You must vacate the Wigwam by 10am.
 

Do you have a shop/ reception onsite and when is it open?

We have a reception open until 9pm. There is a shop 5 minutes walk away in the Village.
 

How many toilets and showers do you have onsite?

We have 2 toilet blocks on site.
 

How close is the nearest pub/ restaurant?

The nearest pub/ restaurant is a 5-minute walk away.
 

How far is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
 

How far is it from public transport?

There is a bus stop which is a 5-minute walk away and a train station 10 miles away.
 

Is there Wifi access on site?

We provide free Wifi for emails and browsing.
