It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the site, which will assist you with planning your holiday. Please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email with any queries or any further information you may need to make your holiday extra special.
To secure your booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it. Please contact us with any queries or if you prefer to make a telephone booking.
In the event of cancellations or no-shows, we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund. However, if more than 48 hours notice is given, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you only if we have the availability to do so.
We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.
No one is permitted to visit the farm without prior permission. Please do not allow children to play on farm machinery. Gates should be left as found and the country code adhered to.
Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam Cabins or in any communal areas.
Well behaved dogs are allowed on our site but must be kept on leads and owners must be responsible for them at all times. Please remember Hill Farm & Orchard is a working farm with sheep and cattle grazing in close proximity to the Wigwam Cabins. Any damage caused by your dog will be chargeable. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Never leave your dog unattended. Failure to comply with these rules will result in you being asked to leave the site and no refunds will be given.
Please be considerate of other Wigwam guests. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, and take your party inside. If you do not adhere to this or any warnings, police will be called.
Please contact the owners directly to organise parties or operate events.
You can check in from 2:30pm onwards. Late night arrivals should telephone in advance to arrange. Departure: please check out by 10:30am. Whilst we clean all Wigwam Cabins and amenity areas we do ask that you leave the Wigwam Cabins tidy. No food should be left in the fridges. All dishes should be washed and dried and put away in the kitchen area.
We take all comments from guests seriously. In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
