Booking Terms and Conditions for Wigwam® Holidays Forcett Grange

Before confirming your booking at Wigwam® Holidays Forcett Grange please take the time to read the below Booking and Cancellation Policies applicable to your booking.

Payment Policy

A deposit option is available up to 28 days before arrival. All deposits are non-refundable. The full balance must be paid 14 days before arrival, failure to do so may result you in losing your booking. We do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.

Credit/Debit Card Pre-Authorisation

We require all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card at check-in to pre-authorise your card for £100 for any damages and or additional charges which you may incur during your stay with us. This applies per Wigwam® Cabin. Funds are released 10 days from arrival.

Any damages or additional charges will be deducted from this pre-authorisation. If your Wigwam® Cabin is left in a satisfactory condition with no damages, missing items or rule breaking, your deposit will be released. 

(A ‘pre-authorisation’ is not a charge. Your issuing bank/credit card company holds the pre-authorised amount temporarily for 10 working days from the available balance of the card holder’s account for Wigwam Holidays Forcett Grange to use.)

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

In the event of cancellations or no-shows we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund. All and any deposits paind are non-refundable.

However, if more than 1 weeks (7 days) notice is given we may at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you only if we have the availability to do so. In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full of monies paid.

Group Bookings (2 or more cabins)

We do welcome group bookings as a general rule, if you wish to book more than two Wigwam® Cabins for your stay, please contact us in advance. We are unable to accept group bookings if you are aged between 18 years and 21 years.

The above mentioned Debit/Credit Card Pre-Authorisation applies to each Wigwam® Cabin for Group Bookings. 

Arrival/Departure Procedures

Check in time is from 3pm to 5pm and check out is by 10am prompt on the day of departure. Further details regarding check in will be provided by email shortly before your arrival date.

General Code of Conduct

Please be respectful to the site, the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in and to your fellow guests. Forcett Grange is a shared working site with heavy machinery and moving traffic within walking distance of your cabin. Please do not enter The Log Company area for your safety.

Guests are expected to leave their Wigwam® Cabin in a neat and tidy condition with all rubbish deposited in the large bins provided near the car parks.

Breakage/Damage

We reserve the right to deduct from the Debit/Credit Card Pre-Authorisation a reasonable fee should the Wigwam® Cabin be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the Wigwam® Cabin or the furnishing therein. It is requested that guests advise us in the event of breakage or damage.

Guests are not permitted to remove any of the Wigwam® Cabins provided furniture.

Noise

Please respect the comfort of other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and when returning late. Outdoor music and speakers is NOT permitted at any time.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside any of the Wigwam® Cabins. Guests are permitted to smoke or vape on their own designated outdoor patio area as long as it does not interfere with the enjoyment of other Guests on the site and that cigarette butts and ash are disposed of responsibly.

Supervision Of Children

Parents are responsible for their children and they must be supervised at all times. The quarry walls are NOT to be climbed on.

Wood Fired Hot Tubs

All our Wigwam® Cabins have a Wood Fired Hot Tub, included as standard with your stay. Any breakages or faults MUST BE REPORTED immediately and in some instances may incur a cost.

Please note we will endeavour to make sure your hot tub is up to temperature when you arrive however we can make no guarantee regarding this.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are allowed onsite subject to fees when booking. All dogs must be kept under control and their waste picked up after.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Communications

Personal information submitted to us via your booking may be used from to send you comunications directly relating to your booking, our business and/or our newsletter by email (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link)

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from Guests very seriously and in the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint you may us directly either by telephone or email and we will attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
