Travel Insurance
We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.
Bookings
To secure your booking, payment is required in full at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings.
Cancellations & Refunds
In the event of cancellations or no show we do not offer any refund. In the event of cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full of the monies paid to the party who booked the holiday.
Code of conduct:
- We expect our visitors to respect the site and the cabin they are staying in. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm. If anything breaks or a breakage occurs please let us know straight away, we reserve the right to charge for any replacements or repairs. Only the complimentary fire pits are allowed on site and only the logs and wood we sell can be used. No portable barbeques allowed.
- We advise that you take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so your costs are covered should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.
- No smoking in the cabins
- No wheel chair access at present
- We ask that you leave your cabin in a clean and tidy condition. Please remove all rubbish and food, we have bins provided on the site for rubbish and recycling. We would appreciate it if cutlery, crockery and pans that have been hired could be washed and dried.
Loss/ Damage or Injury
Larkworthy farm takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to you or any member of your party or property.
Farm safety
We are a working beef and sheep farm, so please do not allow children to wonder off the site and please do not allow children to play on fences or gates. Please keep to the public rights of way and gates should be left as found.
Complaints
We welcome positive comments but in the unlikely event that you are not happy and would like to make a complaint you can contact us by e mail or telephone and we will reply. We will try to resolve any issues.
