Before confirming your booking at Wigwam® Holidays Hafren, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and services available at our site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, we do not provide any (either full or partial) refund. However, should more than 48 hours notice be given we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you if we have the availability.
We strongly recommend you take out an appropriate travel insurance policy to give peace of mind that your financial commitment is protected, should you be forced to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.
Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm. An earlier check-in cannot be accommodated as we will still be preparing your cabin. Arrival after 5pm is by arrangement only and guests may be required to locate their own Wigwam® Cabin. Please contact Endaf on 07712564869 or Nia on 07717005552 to arrange this.
Check out is 10.00am prompt on the day of departure.
Whilst we do employ cleaners, guests are expected to leave their Wigwam® Cabin in a neat and tidy condition, with all refuse deposited in the Refuse Collection Area.
No food must be left in the fridge upon departure.
Any guest found to be repeatedly breaking any of our Site Rules will be asked to leave the Site immediately without a refund.
Please do not allow children to wander off the Wigwam® area without an adult and please do not allow children to play on farm machinery, fences and gates. Please keep to the public rights of way. Gates should be left as found and the country access code adhered to. We will have livestock in the field adjacent to the site and we ask that you refrain from walking through the fields.
We reserve the right to charge the Debit/Credit Card used at the time of booking an additional fee should the Wigwam® Cabin be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the Wigwam® Cabin of the furnishing therein. It is requested that guests advise Reception in the event of breakage or damage.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the Wigwam® Cabins or outdoor communal areas.
Well behaved dogs are welcomed and to be kept on a lead at all times due to te site being on a working farm Please see more details in FAQ’s section.
The complimentary BBQ/Fire Pit must not be moved from its position under any circumstances. Please be aware of wind direction to ensure smoke does not become an annoyance to other guests.
Items must be claimed within 2 weeks of departure. Where relevant, postage and packaging charges will apply for the return of goods.
Our 6 Running Water Deluxe Wigwam® Cabins provide accommodation for up to 24 people based on 2 sharing a double bed. Please contact us directly for further information on group bookings.
The Wigwam® Cabins are not current accessible for wheelchair users.
We take all comments from guests very seriously and in the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint you may contact the site owners directly to Endaf 07712564869 or Nia on 07717005552 or email email@example.com and we will respond. We will attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Code of Conduct
Noise pollution is taken seriously. We expect all guests to respect others and keep noise to a minimum, adhering to a noise curfew from 10pm until 7am.
We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the site and the Wigwam® Cabin you are staying in. Parents are responsible for their children, especially where the water is concerned; and children must be supervised at all times.

Our site is ClubMark Accredited and our Risk Assessment is available upon request.
