COVID-19 : Wigwam Holidays information


Following the Government's announcement 23 March 2020 all Wigwam® Holiday Locations are temporarily closed with immediate effect. We will continually monitor and update the website as the situation progresses

Sites are currently prioritising customers with reservations between now and the end of April. If your booking is scheduled for after this date, please don’t contact the site at the moment as they will get in touch with you as soon as they have assisted customers with immediate plans.

Are Wigwam Holidays sites still open?

Following the Lockdown the UK Government has instructed all sites to close for a minimum of 3-4 weeks.

My stay is before 1st of May, what should do I do?

If you have a booking with a site before 1st May, your site will be making contact with you to discuss alternative arrangements. Sites will be offering you a change of date to ensure that you can take your Wigwam® Holiday at a convenient time in the future. Please bear in mind that sites are prioritising customers according to date of travel.

My stay is after 1st of May, what should do I do?

Please be aware that our sites will be extremely busy and so we ask that you do not contact them until after 30th March to allow the site to deal with those that have imminent travel plans. Your booking remains secure with the site.

What about bookings for the summer and beyond?

We will update forward booking information when we know more.

What are my options?

All of our sites are offering alternative dates to every customer, so if you wish to change your dates, please get in touch with the site you have booked with to discuss any kind of alteration to your booking.

  • Want to move dates and don’t know when -

All of our sites are offering to hold your booking for the time being until you know when you wish to come, meaning that your reservation remains secure.
