Before confirming your booking at Shiloh Wigwam, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and service available at the site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in a position to honour it.

Cancellation/No-show Policy:

If cancelled lose 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding. 

If fully paid; 

Up to 4 weeks before arrival receive 75% refund

Up to 3 weeks before arrival receive 50% refund

Up to 2 weeks before arrival receive 25% refund

Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund available

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have the peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam.

Dogs:

We do not allow dogs on site.

Arrival/Departure Procedures:

You can check in to the Wigwam Cabin any time after 3pm. Check in instructions will be emailed to guests 7 days before stay. The Wigwam Cabin must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Complaints Procedure:

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam, you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.30pm.

Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.
