Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Sunnybank please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Bookings

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of eighteen years of age. The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason. We or our representatives reserve the right to enter your property at any time to undertake essential maintenance or inspection purposes.

Group Bookings

Please contact us directly on our policy relating to group bookings. The maximum number of persons using the Lodges must not exceed 6 persons and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without a refund in case of a breach of this condition.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at time of booking. We don’t accept provisional bookings so please don’t make a booking unless you are in a position to honour it. 

Special offers

Wigwam Holidays Sunnybank reserves the right to add or remove Special Offers for any of its holiday accommodation at short notice and at any time. Special Offer process/tariffs do not apply to bookings that were taken at an earlier date when the regular tariff still applied. We are sorry but we are unable to alter or move existing bookings to Special Offer dates, tariffs or prices. All Special Offers are subject to our full Terms and Conditions and restrictions apply.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

A full refund is available up until 5 days before arrival.

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Arrival/Departure Procedures

Arrival is from 3pm onwards. 

Late arrivals can be pre-arranged, please call or email in advance of your arrival to let us know if you will arrive late (after 5pm).

Departure is required by 10am. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. Please leave your Lodge clean and tidy and remove any rubbish and put in the bins at the car parking. Leave the Lodge unlocked and leave the keys in the door.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Smoking

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the Wigwam Lodges or in any communal areas. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be at the expense of you.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a lead on site outside your Lodge area. A maximum of 2 per Lodge. Please don’t let dogs on the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. It is the dogs owner who has full responsibility for the welfare of the animal at all times.

Internet Access

Whilst internet access is offered onsite, due to being a rural location it is something we cannot guarantee at all times. 4G and 3G coverage is also available onsite, but connection may be intermittent as well. We recommend that you bring plenty to do and make the most of the outdoors.

Damages or Breakages

Please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests continue to enjoy them. If you notice something missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so we can take appropriate action. If there has been any damages or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before your departure. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of your stay. We reserve the right to charge to the credit/debit card details given on booking an additional fee should the accommodation be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the accommodation, the furnishings therein, facilities or the surrounding area. If any keys are not returned at the end of your stay then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.

Hot tub

As your hot tub is electric it will be ready to use upon arrival. Water levels and filters will be checked prior to your visit and regularly during your stay. The hot tub should be vacated by 10.30pm. Please respect these timings out of respect for our neighbours. Please read the terms and conditions in your Lodge. Please avoid using glass or sharp objects near/in the hot tub. Guests must shower before entering the water to rinse off any creams and make up. No smoking in or around the hot tub or decking area.

Parking

Please park your vehicles in the designated parking area, ensuring vehicles don’t block access to other properties. Parking is limited to maximum of 2 vehicles per Lodge. Guests vehicles are parked at their own risk, the owners are not responsible for the loss or accidental damage to vehicles while parked on their premises.

Cleaning

Guests are expected to leave the Lodges and pitches in a clean and tidy condition.

No rubbish is to be left in the Lodges.

No food is to be left in the fridge/freezer.

We reserve the right to charge to the credit/debit card details given on booking an additional fee should the accommodation be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the accommodation, the furnishings therein or the surrounding area.

Compensation

No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, water, internet or television service. The owner will not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the building, grounds or hot tub. The owners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

Subletting

The client may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property even free of charge.

Code of Conduct

We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam Lodge you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10.00pm. 

Guests are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.

We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour, foul language or threatening behaviour towards our staff or other guests. If inappropriate behaviour continues you will be asked to leave the site without delay or compensation.

We have sheep, Shetland ponies, horses, dogs and hens onsite. Please respect their wellbeing and safety and therefore we ask you not to approach or feed any of the animals onsite without prior consent from the owners.

Please respect the countryside and do not litter.

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
