Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Saxon Meadow, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and services available at the site and may help you with planning your holiday.

Any guest found to be repeatedly breaking any of our below rules will be asked to leave the site immediately without refund.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings.

Cancellation/No-show Policy

In the event of a cancellation or no-show, we do not provide any (either full or partial) refund. However, should more than 48 hours notice be given, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you if we have the availability.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out an appropriate travel insurance policy to give you peace of mind that your financial commitment is protected, should you be forced to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Arrival / Departure Procedures

Check-in time is between 3pm and 7pm. Arrival after 7pm is by arrangement only and guests may be required to locate their own Wigwam Cabin using our key safe codes which will be supplied when your booking is confirmed. Please contact Sarah to arrange this on 07773893738.

Check out by 10am prompt on the day of departure.

We expect guests to leave their Wigwam Cabin in a neat and tidy condition. All refuse and recycling must be deposited in the refuse collection area. Please remove ALL food from the Wigwam Cabin on your departure. If any guest is found to be repeatedly breaking any of our site rules, they will be asked to leave the site immediately without refund.

Breakages / Damages

We reserve the right to charge the Debit/Credit card used at the time of booking an additional fee should the Wigwam Cabin be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the Wigwam Cabin or the furnishings therein. It is requested that guests advise us in the event of an accident.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the Wigwam Cabins, BBQ hut or outdoor communal areas.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead when around the Wigwam cabins and site at all times. Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs and use bins provided. No dangerous breeds are allowed (list25.com/25-most-dangerous-dog-breeds & Dangerous Dog Act 1991). Three out of seven of our Wigwam Cabins allow dogs. These cabins are fully fenced around the patio area. Owners must not let their dogs run into the adjacent fields of the site. 

BBQ/Fire Pit

The complimentary BBQ/Fire Pit must not be moved from its position under any circumstances. Please be aware of wind direction to ensure smoke does not become an annoyance to other guests. No other outside fires or BBQ's must be lit on site.

Under NO circumstances are guests permitted to let off fireworks, due to livestock nearby.

Chinese lanterns are STRICTLY prohibited.

Lost Property

Items must be claimed within 2 weeks of departure. Where relevant, postage and packing charges will apply for the return of goods.

Group Bookings

Our 7 Wigwam Cabins provide accommodation for up to 28 people based on 2 sharing a double bed. We welcome bookings from schools, social clubs, sports clubs church groups and family gatherings. Hen and Stag parties are welcome however guests must respect our code of conduct policy so not to disturb others

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from our guests very seriously and in the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint you may contact the Site Owners directly or by telephone on 07773893738 or email us and we will respond. We will attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct

Noise pollution is taken seriously. We expect all guests to respect others and keep noise to a minimum, adhering to a noise curfew from 10pm until 7am.

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in. Parents are responsible for their children and must not let them wander around the Farm.

Vehicles

Vehicles are not allowed on the grass. Please park your car in the designated parking area. We allow one car per cabin; an extra vehicle can be parked at an additional charge. We have one accessible* cabin which has parking at the rear. *This is not suitable for disabled access.

No transit vans are allowed on site without prior notice.

Age Restriction

We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied adults aged 18 or under.
