There's so much for everyone in and around Waren Frequent boat trips are made to the Farne Islands, where the seal colonies can be seen. The islands also abound with a wide variety of sea birds including puffins. Visitors from all over the world come to explore the many castles and houses in the area, which are steeped in history.
On the Caravan Park itself and surrounding areas there are many rare species of plants to be found. There are riding stables in Seahouses which cater for the novice or more experienced rider.
Various sea sports and activities are available nearby and arrangements can be made by anyone wishing to participate. Golfing facilities in Bamburgh are excellent and there is a wide choice of other courses nearby.
