To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.
In the event of cancellations due to Covid-19 restrictions and government guidance, you will have the option of transferring your booking to a later date within 12 months of the original date with no cost to change, subject to availability. Alternatively, you will be offered a refund subject to booking fees and commission.
We will require the names, addresses, and contact phone numbers for ALL guests prior to check-in. Only residential guests are allowed on site – no outside visitors.
All guests will be required to complete a registration card prior to arrival. Check-in/out is contactless and you will be advised of your cabin allocation once the registration document is received electronically.
Group bookings can only be accepted if the members of the group are complying with current guidelines regarding residential and social ‘bubbles’
Check-in time is between 17:00 and 18:00. Check out time is before 09:30.
Late checkout may incur additional charges if not by prior arrangement. This is to allow for deep cleaning time and fogging between stays.
We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.
COVID-19 precautions on site
All guests will be required to maintain appropriate social distancing and good hand hygiene on site at all times – hand gel points will be provided.
BBQ’s and Firepits will not be permitted on site at this time following government guidance on air pollution and Covid 19
Communal facilities will be closed at this time i.e. laundry, games tent
Guests may prefer to bring all their own equipment for self-catering rather than hire from us. We have a range of things for hire – bedding, towels, crockery boxes – all of which will be sanitised before and after use. Pillows will be single use and free to take away.
We’ll provide household cleaning materials in the cabin as usual and ask that guests maintain good hygiene in the accommodation at all times, and air the cabin regularly.
Refuse bags will be provided as usual and we ask all guests to remove these to the central bin area regularly. If linens have been hired from us, please bag and tie and leave on cabin deck on departure. Crock boxes should be repacked and lidded and left on cabin deck also.
Maintenance will be kept to a minimum when guests are on site, but emergency assistance will still be provided by phone at all times. Cabins will be cleaned between stays as required by staff using commercial equipment and appropriate PPE.
If any guest falls ill with Covid-19 symptoms whilst staying with us, all occupants of that cabin will be asked to leave the site and self- isolate in line with government guidance.
There is a designated parking area on site. Vehicles may stop to load/unload on the road outside the Wigwam® and then move to the parking area. Vehicles are not permitted on grassed areas.
Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwams® or in any communal areas.
