Before confirming your booking at Mangersta Croft Wigwam® Holidays site, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy

To secure your booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings, so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

In the event of cancellations or no-shows we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund. However, if more than 48 hours notice is given, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you only if we have the availability to do so.

Occasionally ferries or flights may be delayed or cancelled due to adverse weather or other reasons. We cannot be held responsible for such events and no refunds will be given.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam® Cabins and Shepherd's Hut. Cigarette butts must be disposed of appropriately.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. We do not allow other kinds of pets. The Wigwam® Cabins and Shepherd's Hut are situated in a working crofting community with free-range poultry on site, where sheep and cows may be grazing in neighboring fields. Dogs therefore should be kept under control at all times. Never leave your pet unattended in the Wigwam® or Shepherd's Hut. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Failure to comply with the pet rules will result in you being asked to leave the site and no refunds will be given.

There is onsite parking for one vehicle per Wigwam® and one vehicle at the Shepherd's Hut.

Parents are responsible for their children; as such children must be supervised at all times.

Guests are expected to leave the Wigwam® and Shepherd's Hut in a neat and tidy fashion. No rubbish is to be left in the Wigwam® Cabins. No food is to be left in the fridges.
