Site Description

If you are looking for somewhere to really hideaway, to escape to the countryside then Wolferlow Wigwams is for you! We offer peace and tranquility, a place to relax, unwind and to enjoy time and have fun with the family. Our farm is in a very rural location which is well off the beaten track, away from any busy roads and yet only 40 mins from the M5, you will be amazed at the quiet, the stillness and the 'noise' with the birds singing at the tops of the voices, an amazing dawn chorus, wide clear skies, and beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

Where is 'Wolferlow'? A small hamlet situated high up in the uplands of North-East Herefordshire commanding views in all directions. By taking a short stroll to the highest part of the farm you can see: To the East - over Worcestershire to the Cotswolds and Malverns. To the South - Bromyard Downs and further on to Marcle Ridge near Ross-on-Wye and Hereford. To the West - the Black Mountains and Hay Buff, Mortimer Forest and the Welsh Hills around Kington and Knighton. To the North - the Clee Hills and the beautiful Teme Valley up through South Shropshire to the Long Myndd at Church Stretton. This is truly an area of outstanding natural beauty which gave Elgar and Houseman their inspiration.

Bring granny and granddad along they will enjoy staying in a wigwamT its comfy camping and perfect for all ages to experience the great outdoors. Relax and enjoy evenings around the Camp Fire or enjoy a meal in one of our local pubs. We also have very good kitchen and dining room facilities if you need to eat or party indoors.
